I am headed to Paris this weekend, which reminds me, I need to share my next roundup of cuties spotted (a good chunk of these are from there, hence why). Looking at my ever-growing cuties archive, I’m realising the series could just as well be called back views. Which is funny, because a little-known fact about me is that I started out as a street photographer, way before I shot portraits. From memory, I used to take photos of people with me fully in plain view—why can’t I bring myself to do that anymore? It also reminds me that I’ve always taken photos of strangers I’m drawn to, people just being themselves out in the world.
These were shot across Melbourne, London, Athens, Singapore, Gothenburg, and Paris. This edition, in particular, includes extra jazz and honourable mentions—not just outfits, but hairdos that make the outfit, a tulip tee (this one I did go up to her about), and some truly singular spirits. Please enjoy!!!
Starting with the first look, the only one from Melbourne! Every detail: the blue Celine sunnies, silver hair clips, tiny bun, and the way her tshirt falls. Need to find one like that so I can add it to my tees want list.
Hair goals at Offprint London. Think the outfit worked even better because of it. (Hair made the fit—count one.)
If only she knew how she sent me on a tulip tee search spiral.
Now on to what you’re here for: the Paris babes. What’s up with these colour-coordinated cuties <3
A moment for her jewellery, please. First the earrings caught my eye, and then the ring. But wait. The pin brooch? Almost missed that. I also wish I could pull off white loafers like this.
No, you can't beat the Parisians.
Hair is the outfit? x2.
Ordering breakfast at Mamiche, casual.
Next stop: Fondation Louis Vuitton. I think what stood out to me was the racerback under her sheer tee, rather than the more expected classic back. I also now realise it mirrors the outfit I photographed above, just three hours before.
While waiting to get into Bourse de Commerce for Céleste Boursier-Mougenot’s Clinamen.
Back in London now. I saw them from a café by Hampstead Heath. Thinking about that moment when two strangers walk past each other—two whole worlds, never discovered. Maybe a connection of a lifetime; what could their story be? Also, just an iconic woman: petite, but impossible not to notice. The bob and the cyan coat, way before it was the colour of summer ’26.
Haters can say what they want about Broadway Market, but it’s still my favourite place to be on a Sunday. Look one of two.
Look two of two from that day.
Two fab blue tops, spotted months apart. Can I bring your attention to the subtle pattern-on-texture looks? And the grey pixies! We are more alike than we think etc.
The textural monochromatic outfit, tied together by the belt and distressed bag, makes me wanna know what his other getups are.
Another put-together uncle in the hawker centre, always where the good ones are.
An icon, the moment. Spotted on a tram in Gothenburg. A sticker tag still on his glasses.
Last but not least, these two spotted at Cafe Bianca. Isn’t Bianca a great name? Also, I know this has surely been done before, but I would love to photograph a series of caff-goers.
Need I say more: hair!!! For this one, though, I must add the matching trolleys, and her gradient shirt—reminds me of a rose drink with milk, unstirred.
That’s all for this one. Now I’m craving a fry-up…
Would love to shoot more of this! Collab on this series! If you’ve an idea in mind, shoot me a DM @lym.ph.

It is time for another roundup of CUTIES SPOTTED, my ongoing series documenting the people whose outfits and energies call out to me on the street. Mostly London, with a few bonus cuties from Lisbon, New York, and Singapore.
This one packs in looks spotted in Marseille, Berlin, Tokyo, Singapore, Paris, Copenhagen, and London. While putting this together, I realised this edition features lots of older folks—all @gramparents-worthy imo—the very best of us.
A quick scroll through my 28,457 photos and here are some looks I’ve favourited. This one is a London edit, and includes where they hang around in east London.
